Empowering leaders of change within your organisation to succeed, without any of the complicated fuss – just tackling it all head on. I prefer to take a more sustainable approach from an inside perspective. As part of the team or as a sparring partner, I hold up a mirror to everyone, regardless of their role within the organisation.
I myself have personally experienced, supervised and initiated more than enough change in various leadership roles within medium-sized and large organisations. Through years of experience leading change in diverse teams, from HR to executive management and from operational to strategic levels, I understand how organisations start moving and keep moving. Kotter’s Change Management, ADKAR, Kohlrieser’s Secure Base Leadership, Provocative Coaching, The Power of Now, OGSM, Insights Discovery and NLP are all part of the knowledge base I have internalised and apply. And always with a human touch and an open, honest perspective. The exact role I assume in absorbing the DNA of your environment depends on what will prove most effective in bringing about positive change.

Creating a list of strategic pillars and SMARTI deliverables with KPIs is often a simple enough task for an organisation’s leadership. But setting a new course also usually means changing the way you work (together). Every step of the way, I will help you design, implement and establish a clear roadmap to get your people moving in a sustainable way that goes beyond just being personable. An extra pair of hands, a breath of fresh air, shaping transformation, a flexible or disciplined approach. Whatever form we choose together, making positive change and engaging people in that process remain my main objectives.
